Used by close to a million people worldwide every month, our tools allow individuals and organizations to discover, visualize, model, and present their data and the world’s data to facilitate better decisions and better outcomes.
Significant progress during my tenure:
Tripling the company valuation
Navigating the acquisition of a burgeoning new company, merging the teams and technology
Maintaining uninterrupted product support during a geopolitical event that precipitated reconstituting a more robust, empowered engineering function outside Russia, in multiple other countries with new staff
Design and build a whitespace product as the offering of the combined companies, and aligning a 20+ member engineering staff to support fast-paced development on both new and existing products
Managing international team of nearly 100 developers across front/backend, data, systems and development operations, quality assurance, as well as machine learning and business intelligence
Instituting true continuous code delivery through rapid agile methods
Pioneering knowledge-management methods in entity resolution, automated ontology development, and metadata search by directing and expanding the machine learning team
