Notable work during my tenure:
Designed, coded, fielded real-time patient-doctor matching system that improved member satisfaction, increased new & return appointments
Identified successful new procedures and devices through testing and predictive scoring of patient outcomes on clinical and EMR data
Accelerated growth of new data science capabilities: taught modern ML tools and pipeline, fielded distributed computing infrastructure
